I primarily use the drawing app Ibis Paint X to do my art. I used the standard brushes available (there are a lot of them) until I saw SashaKawaiiCat making her own brushes in Ibis Paint. I was alway envious of Procreate and Clip Studio Paint users being able to download brush packs or make their own.
After reading and watching a few tutorials, and reverse engineering a few brushes, I was able to develop a few of my own. Brushes in Ibis Paint are essentially modifications of built-in brushes, but tweaking each setting to get something juuuuust right can be challenging.
